New Patients
New Patient Consultation:
Our new patient consultation provides an opportunity for you to discuss your foot concerns with our experienced practitioners.
We take your comprehensive medical history, perform a thorough examination, and develop a personalised treatment plan tailored to your needs and goals.
If your treatment issue is straightforward this can be treated during your consultation. Should you have a more complex issue, this will be treated in a separate consultation arranged at a date and time suitable to you.
Diabetic Patients
Diabetic Foot Check:
Our diabetic foot check is a vital part of diabetic care, aiming to detect any potential foot complications early. During the examination, we assess circulation, nerve function, and skin integrity by performing neurological and vascular assessment which is non-invasive. We may also proceed to perform Ankle Branchial Index (ABI). A normal ABI is between 1.0 and 1.4 and abnormal ABI is 0.9 or lower. When a patient has an abnormal ABI, we may refer the patient to a vascular surgeon, offering personalised advice to help prevent foot problems and maintain overall foot health.
