BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking your appointment online requires a non-refundable £10 deposit, which will be applied toward your treatment cost.

Your appointment is reserved especially for you. While I understand that schedules can change, I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Please note that missed appointments or late cancellations mean I’m unable to offer that time slot to another patient, including those on my waiting list. To ensure fairness and efficiency, the £10 deposit will be forfeited for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

These policies are designed to support the smooth running of the clinic and ensure the highest quality of care for all patients, both existing and new.
